Most of my students did not attend preschool. They did not spend time coloring, cutting, and painting, and so lack the fine motor skills and stamina necessary for accurate and legible penmanship. Many of them have developed bad writing habits, and need assistance in breaking them.
The PenAgain Twist 'N Write guides students to use a classic tripod grip when holding a pen or pencil and develops the fine motor skills and stamina necessary for accurate and legible penmanship. They are built to fit small hands, and naturally mold the child's hand into the proper grip for writing.
