Through the use of tablets, students will be able to create meaningful connections to concepts through the use of a variety of online applications. During reading instruction, students can use the Alexa Fire Tablets to create visual summaries, book ratings/reviews, story structure blogs, and much more. During math instruction, students can use the Alexa Fire Tablets to create visual representations of data, practice/review learned skills, create fluency in basic addition/subtraction, and increase knowledge through the use of games like prodigy math. The students will use the headphones to decrease noise distractions, increase on task behavior, and allow students to complete academic tasks.
