Many young learners are reluctant to begin reading chapter books. These books allow students to be part of the story and engage in a fun and interactive way. Certain pages throughout the books will let the reader choose which option should happen next. Then they turn to the according page to continue the story the way they chose. All of these books have multiple scenarios for how the story plays out so, students will want to read them over and over again! There are a variety of books that will interest all students. There are stories about science, history, fairy tales, sports, and more. Some of these stories will also support our ancient history unit to help students better understand what life was like in that time period.
