Public speaking is difficult for anyone, let alone 7th grade students. We are asking for a podium to help us learn to speak comfortably in front of our peers. We will be performing speeches and presentations in our classroom this year to help prepare us for High School and beyond.
What better way to be successful than to feel like we're professionals speaking to our colleagues!
We are also asking for lap-desks and armchair pillows to use with our chrome-books. These lap-desks help make seating more comfortable in our classroom as well as the armchair pillows. It allows us to sit where we would like and work on our assignments without having to sit in uncomfortable desks.
