I teach Kindergarten and love my job! How lucky am I to get to work with such positive, creative, loving, and curious little humans?! I work with students who come from poverty and all of them are English Language Learners. It is important to give my students the education they deserve and do whatever it takes to help them learn. Providing them with access to learning resources that compares to schools in higher income areas is also important to me, and this is where Donor's Choose and you a potential donor have made a big impact. The families greatly value our school and many donate what that can but it doesn't put a dent in what is needed to provide them with an exciting and engaging classroom experience.
