During this school year, my classes have been exploring flexible seating options. They have been given the choice to sit in a traditional desk, stand, or sit on the floor. This table will replace a few of my broken desks. It will allow students to sit on a wobble cushion with at a lower height table.
Students need the ability to make choices. Part of the educational process is to learn how to be an individual. Students need to be able to make decisions. Having this floor desk will allow students to explore the different possibilities of where they could learn best.
