In today's society, technology helps arouse curiosity because it is fresh, exciting, and unpredictable. Technology helps open the mind of each individual to become a lifelong learner. I am requesting the Chromebooks to help differentiate instruction during reading and math centers. Each Chromebook can make an immediate difference in our classroom. My students will be able to use it to engage in individualized lessons during math and reading centers. Students who are struggling will get the extra support they need, and advanced students will enjoy being challenged with higher-level concepts. Technology within the classroom provides teachers with the tools and flexibility to do more than just teach a lesson, they ignite passion and curiosity for students.
