I teach a bilingual English/Chinese full day kindergarten class in San Francisco. Out of the 22 students I have 20 of them receive free lunches from school. They are new immigrants who find the new world fascinating and are always excited about learning. They sometimes find it difficult to express themselves through conversations in either languages. Art will be the key to their success, as it is a media that will unleash their imaginations and will help them communicate.

About my class
