My students are usually six or seven year old boys and girls who struggle to remain seated throughout the school day. I provide them with many brain breaks, opportunities to get up and move, stretch, etc. However, traditional classrooms are supplied with hard plastic chairs that are uncomfortable for children and adults alike.
My vision is to equip my children with a variety of flexible seating options so they can chose a comfortable way to learn that fits their learning style best! This will increase focus, my relationship with my students, and increase engagement throughout the day. I am so excited to introduce my class to flexible seating!
