At this point, I do not get to do many labs with my students due to lack of resources. Our lab is extremely outdated and needs a bit of a face lift. The items that I am asking for will make it where we could do a lab more often, rather than the one time a year that we are currently able to do a lab. My students deserve better. With your help, I can give them better resources, a better learning environment and a better experience. My lab has no gas or running water. The butane burners will take the place of Bunsen burners that would regularly be hooked up to gas. They can be used in both the chemistry lab for heating chemicals and also the biology lab in place of autoclaves to sterilize equipment. We do not currently have any thermometers, graduated cylinders, or magnets. We have one balance and no digital scales and only three working microscopes. I appreciate you taking the time and effort to help me and my students become all that we can be.
