Many times my students do not understand or grasp concepts by just looking at a picture of an object. When given a more concrete object that they can manipulate during a therapy session, they are more likely to use and understand the vocabulary that is targeted. As I stated before, many of my children do not get the opportunity to travel further than their neighborhood, so any opportunity to use an object in the speech therapy room that is as close to "real life" as possible is a great opportunity for my students. These alphabet sounds teaching tubs with storage rack will help improve my students' speech and language skills.
