I am a kindergarten through second grade music teacher in a low-income, largely Hispanic public school trying to enhance instrument playing as part of the music curriculum. I have very limited funds; therefore, over a ten year time period I have managed to acquire enough keyboard percussion instruments to pair students together to learn about playing them. Now it is time to really start putting these instruments to use on a daily basis.
