We are beginning our year with the Daily 5 reading program to help students become better readers while learning to enjoy a good book. This program utilizes space and room placement to allow students to become lost in their reading.
To do this, I would like to create a cozy, bookshop-Esque atmosphere with comfy cushions and chairs for students to use while adventuring on epic journeys, venturing on long quests, or delving to the depths of the deepest ocean.
Students will build reading stamina and foster a love of reading.
