I am asking for various, sixth grade books to entice my eighth grade students to read and become better readers. I will use these books for small group reading. All eighth graders should love to read! My students who love to read will bring a book to class. Students who do not love to read, will not. I want the ability to have books for them. Better readers make better writers and better thinkers. Reading opens the mind and the imagination. I want my students to discover imagination. The book tubs will be used to store the books I am requesting.
