As adults we want to be comfortable when we are at work for 7-8 hours. Why is this any different for children. The seating students are given and expected to sit in for 7 hours. Flexible seating will Empower my students to have control over their learning environment. There is so many research out there that supports giving students flexible seating. There's so many health benefits to flexible seat starting with the oxygen flow to the brain. By having flexible seating they will have so many positive outcomes on their education. Not only will they be able to get the oxygen going but get the restlessness out. This project would significantly help my students stay engaged in learning throughout the day. I want them to feel comfortable and at home in our classroom.
