I teach 1st grade. 1st grade is everything about reading! I work in a low income school where students are eager to learn, but sometimes it is expensive to buy innovative materials to get them excited about learning. My classroom is a rainbow! And I love it! I have english speakers and Spanish speaker in my class , we all learn from each other. My goal and the goal of our school is that our Spanish dominant students learn to speak and read fluently in English. For my english dominant my goal is to make them longlife readers.
