I like to give my science students as many opportunities as I can to get their hands on science. It is important for students to be able to use actual scientific equipment. I would like to get a supplies to allow my students to collect and analyze data in hands on physics labs.
We will use the magnetism lab to do experiments with magnetic fields and forces. We will study how magnetic fields interact and how compasses work. We will also look at how an change in the forces acting on an object will affect its motion. My students will be able to design and investigate experiments to study the world around them using inclined planes, calculators and magnet sets.
