My students are all on different reading levels. I do not have the resources to reach them where they are in order to get them on their appropriate grade level. These books can help with that. I am also trying to build interest and stamina in reading with these popular series chapter books. These students come from low socioeconomic backgrounds and do not have the means to aquire these things on their own. I am trying to build a solid reading foundation in my classroom that will stay with them in the following years. By donating to this cause, you will be contributing to their academic achievements as well!
