By having individual book bins, students are able to choose their books and have them ready. This allows students the time to focus on reading instead of looking for books when it is time to read. At the beginning of the week, students will pick from a large variety of classroom books. At the end of the week, students will return books.
Students will have their personal choice of books and the teacher can also place leveled books or rereads from our guided reading lessons.
The book tree that is also included in this project will help with organizing certain books for easy searching.
