I am a reading intervention teacher at a small, rural school. The majority of our students are English learners and receive free or reduce lunch. I pull out students every 30 minutes and work on their reading skills. All of my students are currently reading below grade level. However, they are excited and eager to learn and excel and be the best that they can be.
