These materials will be used to grow their brains in literacy and mathematics. The sequencing will help them discover stories and their timelines, since at the moment they don't know how to retell a story from beginning to end. The reading seats and bean bags help the students relax in our library and discover new words as they read. The math magnets will help my students with their number recognition and be able to match one and one to help them count as well. The carpet is mainly to keep the students together in a safe space while I have our mini lessons and Read A Loud every day.
