Who can learn when there are many things on your mind and on your heart? As an Elementary School Counselor, I am so very lucky to be able to help children learn about themselves and the world around us in a positive environment. We are learning how to be Safe, Kind and Responsible HUMANS. We are learning how to cope with the circumstances life throws at us. We are learning how to be the people we would like to be. I say "WE", because we as educators, learn how to be Kind, Happy and Loving Humans, from our students everyday! I hope my involvement gives each of them the ability to to handle all that comes at them.
