The materials that I am requesting will help keep students engaged and excited about reading and writing during our Guided Reading Centers. I want students to have a variety of activities throughout the rotations so that students will be excited and motivated to stay on task.
These products will also help make content accessible to all students. The listening center will allow students to explore the magic of books through listening and following along with classics and student favorites. The Alphabriks will be a classroom hit as students get to incorporate LEGOS into their spelling practice! The best part about these resources is that ALL students will be able to use them to meet their needs.
I am also a teacher who includes a modified version of flexible seating. During centers and other portions of the day students have the ability to CHOOSE their seat. The shelf bench offers another option for students and also gives us more space to hold our wonder books.
