Supplies and technology have changed in the construction world a great deal in the last twenty years. All tools and supplies are getting more streamlined, compact, and smarter. Companies are saving money and time going to the easier-to-use tools.
Students need these new types of tools in the classroom versus the old- school corded drills and accessories. Construction is changing almost daily; we need to change, also. These more efficient, up-to-date tools will be used daily by the students on various projects for our school and community. Our current classroom projects include building all-weather picnic tables for the entire student body to use during SMART Lunch, storage cabinets for the new wrestling mats for the athletic department, and new tables for the math department.
