With these supplies, our students will be able to start a school garden. We are implementing new STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) programs and activities and a school garden would be an excellent way for students to learn about plants in a hands-on way. The greenhouse will help our fruits and vegetables grow in a safe environment. The plants we have been growing are practically dead from bugs and too much direct sunlight. The seeds will provide an abundance of new and exciting plants to grow and taste. All of our students would have he opportunity to plant, care for, learn about, and harvest their very own fruits and vegetables.
