Hello...my name is Amy Chisham and I teach Special Needs students in an Emotional Disabled class Kindergarten-4th grade. I taught elementary for two years before taking a Director's position at a preschool. I ended up doing that for 18 years while I raised my three children. I loved working with the families and the preschool aged students, but eventually it was time to challenge myself. I've always had a heart for children with special needs, so I went back to school and got my Masters in Special Ed, with a mild, moderate and intense license. I accepted a position in 2012 at Brentwood Elementary in Fort Wayne, Indiana and taught Functional K-1st for the next 5 years! I ended up moving to Avon, Indiana in 2017 and took my current position! I have taught a wide range of students and their personalities are always what I try to uncover. Thank you for your donation to my project and know it is much appreciated!
