It is imperative that our students have access to modern technology on a daily basis. We live in a digital world where iPads are essential to students' ability to navigate the digital world. Due to budget restraints, at this time our school is unable to acquire the modern technology needed within the classroom. In my class, we do assignments such as the National History Day Competition and the Culture Day Project that, with the iPads, they would be able to access resources such as iMovie. As it stands now, my students only have access to my personal MacBook, which poses as a problem when numerous students choose to demonstrate their learning by using iMovie.
