Most of our students are not able to have a pet because they live with extended family. Having a enclosure to hold an iguana would enable them to not only have a pet but also see the adaptations reptiles exhibit. The class goal is to have a large enough enclosure for the iguana to grow to adulthood. Please help our students to have unique experiences. It is hard to imagine adaptations with out being able to see them in person. The iguana would be able to be held and the student could feel how its heart and body systems are working together to keep it healthy.
