I teach 3rd-5th graders in a special education classroom for autism and other severe disabilities. Even with only 8 students, there is such a wide range of personalities and interests. My students are joyful, kind-hearted, and love being at school. Being in a former home economics classroom, they enjoy having the opportunity to practice daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. My students love experiences that allow them to use all of their senses!
