These books will enhance my students' love for reading, build their book handing skills, intrigue their imagination and will also bridge a gap between home and school. The books will reinforce to my students that reading can take place anywhere. These books will also intrigue and develop my students writing habits. When students come across books they can relate to they will be able to make text-to- self, text-to- world, and text-to- text connections that great readers make. I'm hoping to fuel my students love for learning through these books.

About my class
