I have the privilege of teaching at a small school where I am the Art teacher to students grades Preschool through 12. Our classes are dynamic, inventive, and fun! My younger students get Studio days where they have the freedom to pick among activities geared towards building problem-solving skills and coordination, drawing, small sculpture and many other things! The older students' studio days are geared more towards learning to use different types of media, and experimentation.
I absolutely love seeing these students get excited about the work they create! They often help each other without prompting from me, giving advice and aiding those that need help. And the reward of seeing them progress from Preschool up through the grades is more rewarding than I can explain!
