Fun Friday is a blast! Students learn about science and explore the wonder of our world. During one of our Fun Friday activities students will explore the attributes of magnets. The magnets used in this project will supply the means for students to explore magnetic poles, and learn the forces of push and pull contained in the field of magnetism. We need magnets to create magnetic cars in their study of the attributes magnetic force, pull, and poles.
Exploring the power of magnets will expand scientific creativity and ingenuity. They will make a car using two magnets, cardboard, straws, plastic lids, and sticks. And then we are off to the races! This hands-on project will build a deeper understanding of our amazing world with a focus on the magical force of magnets.
