Don’t just teach kids to count, teach them what counts most! Yoga for Kids develops the whole child, providing a solid base for a life full of curiosity, learning, and wisdom. We can practice fun, challenging poses, partner & group poses, and play yoga games. In addition, children learn how to focus and center themselves through various breathing and visualization techniques. Together, we will foster confidence and build resilience, creativity, strength, and flexibility in both physical and emotional regulation. Mindful Movement: Yoga for Kids can give children the wonderful head-start of calm, compassionate, cooperative, and wise qualities they will enjoy for the rest of their life!

If you have ever tried to do downward-facing dog on cold tile or cement, you understand our needs! In order to cultivate a safe space necessary to move and grow, my students need to feel comfortable physically and emotionally.
