I am requesting a 3D printer because of the opportunities this gadget can afford my students. Students will learn how to make their engineering and design creations come to life for Science Fair projects and their design class. The use of a 3D printer will also be helpful in creating classroom materials students will need for labs and activities. A 3D printer will empower my students by helping them learn how to manipulate shapes, apply measurement tools, and adapt to changes all while fostering their creativity. This tool is a game changer in the field of education where students can create something unique of their very own.
