Young children learn through their senses as they explore their world. They also learn through their experiences in their play as well! My hope is to create a classroom with open ended materials so that my students have the opportunity to grow. With the preschool age group, having a variety of materials to use is so important as they encourage language development, a sense of wonder, and an eagerness to explore.
