I am requesting extra classroom supplies such as glue, markers, and extra headphones in order for my class to have all that it needs. The extra headphones are necessary for Daily 5 centers, specifically Listen to Reading. I am also requesting reading comprehension/phonics activities in order for my students to have that extra small group attention and practice. I feel that these supplies will be just the thing they need in order to help them succeed in 1st grade. Overall, these supplies will be beneficial in more ways than one and they would be so happy to have these new and different activities.
