I am ordering a Lego table and Legos for my Pre-k students. These manipulatives will not only be good for a fun time center, but will also help students practice skills as well.
Students will be able to be as creative as they want and will use problem solving skills to figure out how to make something. They will also practice their fine motor skills, eye/hand coordination, and visual discrimination while being engage in a fun activity. They will learn to share with the other students while learning a variety of skills needed in the early childhood curriculum to prepare them for future skills.
