Getting these medicine balls will teach my students how to live a healthy lifestyle and help promote working out. Many of my students can not afford a gym membership and my class is the only time they can work out. Using medicine balls are very functional when it comes to working out. They can be used for many different exercises and not just for the core. Also, in my classes, I have many athletes and this will help get the athletes stronger and will help our athletic programs be stronger and more competitive. Stronger and better conditioned students will lead to less injuries.

About my class
