Teaching the students that there are activities you can participate in that contributes to their overall health and enjoyment. It is important that students learn how to get up and "move" instead of sitting in front of a screen all day long (TV, Xbox, PS4, etc.). It is important to show the students that you can be good at something and not everyone has to be an athlete to enjoy a sport or activity.

About my class
