One strategy for use of tablets is during ELA and math learning centers. The students will work on literacy and language activities using appropriate apps while given tactile experiences using touch screen strategies. The tablets will help differentiate learning centers, while some students will be learning their letters and numbers, others will learn sight words and higher math skills. The tablets will also be used with interventions to help engage students who are below skill level with letters, sight words, numbers, and build vocabulary. The tablets will also be used as an incentive for good behavior. Your support is appreciated.
