Welcome! I work at Longfellow for an alternative education program in the IPS system called Positive Supports Academy. In my classroom, we strive for 4 basic principals: We are a team, We respect boundaries, We work to our best ability, and We treat one another with respect. Students are encouraged to ask questions as they engage in the learning process. They also participate in monthly competition between classes. Each class is a squad with their own color and animal. Students really love when they can see positive results to their efforts. :)
