I have 24 amazing scholars in my classroom. My scholars are high-poverty, high-trauma, high-needs and highly capable. Within our classroom we have a diverse population, which includes many varying socioeconomic levels, as well as students who qualify for various special needs programs, such as English Language Learners, Special Education, Gifted and much more.
My students are highly motivated to do their best academically and socially.
They look forward to coming to school each day and learning. To see the growth they make each year is unbelievable. They root for each other and celebrate each others successes. They are at a cornerstone of not being a little kid and becoming someone who can do things independently. I foster this by providing students choice while also explaining the consequences, good or bad.
Please consider helping out my scholars and their education.
