My students love to run and play outside. Unfortunately, we live in Indiana and winter is arriving soon. We are going to be stuck inside many days over the next few months. My 4 and 5 year-olds would love to have more physical activities to engage in to help us from going stir crazy until spring returns. They will also be able to develop their gross motor skills of hopping, jumping, throwing and catching. Parachute activities, skill races, bouncing, basketball games, ribbon dancing are all on our list of fun lesson plans. Don't you wish you could come spend a cold winter day in our classroom?
