Listen and Learn!
My students need headphones. There are several situations where they need them for testing and practicing skills with auditory instructions on their devices.
I would like a class set of headphones so my students can focus better on assessments and applications for learning on their devices. There are several times when a student needs to work on their computer independently. There are also quite a few times when all students need to work on their devices. It has been proven that struggling and ESL readers improve when text is read to them.
In order to promote differentiation, individualization, and student-centered learning, it's important for students to focus on their own tasks/activities instead of having to tune out the noises and sounds around them.
Students will be able to work at their own pace if they are not distracted by the audio on other devices in the room.
