Under performing students needing YOU to help them with LEAPsters! I teach students who are at-risk and high poverty. These students have shown me how much they really want to learn this year. I teach all subjects to 4th grade. In my state they are required to complete High Stakes testing this year. My students did not do well on their testing in 3rd grade. I have been hand making math centers so that my students can try hands on learning and have fun doing it! I am limited right now by what else FUN I can come up with. My students mostly do not come from great homes and some do not have a lot of parental involvement...so, it is all on me to help them. These students really need anything they can get to help them to learn and making it fun will really help.
