My students are a wonderful bunch. Their energy and zest for learning is overpowering and brings a smile to my face each day that I enter the classroom. Working in an urban setting has been an outstanding experience. I could never imagine teaching anywhere else. Outside of our safe classroom walls, my students face poverty, hunger and violence at home and on the streets. They deserve the world and that starts with a quality education. I am dedicated to giving my students the best opportunities possible.
