My students need tablets, games, and activities that focus on the alphabet, letter recognition, and writing, as well as math manipulatives to explore with at Learning Center time. We currently follow the Daily 5 Reading and the Daily 3 Math Rotation. My students need these items to get full benefit of the rotations and as an educator I can ensure independent learning is maximized. Not to mention, we need materials that the students will enjoy so that they are focused yet having a bit of fun. The radio and headphones will be used for our "Listen to Reading" station, The Classic Birch Tabletop Writing Center which includes all the materials a great writer in the making needs, will be used during our "Work on Writing" center, The Language Instant Learning Centers and Look What I Can Do! Word Building Center will be used during "Word Work" center. The tablets will be used in combination with each center as well as other times throughout the day. Early Math Instant Learning Centers and the Peg Number Boards will be used during Math by my Self or Math with Someone. Our students will use these materials to explore their ability through building, drawing, and counting. Currently, we don't have enough manipulatives for everyone to experience daily. Your generous donation to our project will improve our Kindergarten classroom by building a stronger reader, writer, and all around student. This will change our students' lives for the better. They will love school and feel success at an early age --- having fun while learning!
