What child doesn't want to play with play doh? I use this fact of life to create engaging and individualized speech-language therapy sessions for my students. These play doh kits and accessories will be used in my therapy room to support my student achieve their speech-language therapy goals all while having fun!
Whether it is working on their speech sounds so they can speak clearly, expanding their vocabulary, or teaching crucial social skills like sharing and taking turns, play doh is a go-to material. In fact, it is one of my students' most requested items since it provides them with a rare chance to engage in a tactile activity. In a world of worksheets and pencils, play doh is a welcome reprieve.
