As a teacher who visits multiple classrooms, there can be some challenges. In a school that is beyond capacity, providing a learning space for my students can be tricky. There are times when we can only find space in the back of a classroom or in a hallway, which can be difficult with their materials. It can also be hard to provide a variety of quality learning experiences that meet each of my students' learning styles and needs. Because I do travel from classroom to classroom, time can also be an issue.
These new iPads will be an exciting solution! They will cut down on some of the materials, helping with the space issues. I will be able to set up a wide range of activities from games and challenges to drills, engaging assessments, and student-created activities. By being able to incorporate more technology, time will be better used because assignments and activities will be set up and ready every time that I walk into a room. On top of everything else, my students will be excited to work with technology while working towards and tracking their goals.
