My students would like to try new projects and personalize their learning beyond our curriculum. They have submitted a list of projects they would like to work on and I am trying to provide the time, space, and resources to make their projects a reality. They will be using a free online tool called Tinker CAD which allows the students to design 3D objects and the pens will make the projects reality. The Maker-space will actually have other supplies but I have asked for donations locally from friends and family for items around their homes. In order to make 3D art, we need some supplies that people do not use all the time AND items like 3D pens are new technology to most people. My students would like to eventually get a 3D printer for our Maker-space.
